1. Do I have to order online?

Yes please. Bow Valley Wholesale an online store. We accept all the orders placed online through our website or over email/ phone channel.

2. From where and how do we operate?

We have a warehouse located at Canmore where we store Fresh Produce, Fruits, Meats, Dairy, Spices, Grains, Lentils, Herbs, Kitchen Supplies & Packaging products and we deliver them in the entire Bow Valley.

Operating Hours-: Monday to Sunday – 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM

3. How do we manage our delivery days, time and locations?

As we understand the intense need of this service in Bow Valley, we are trying our best to cover most of the areas in Bow Valley which include Canmore, Dead Man’s Flat, Banff and Lake Louise on the list as of now.

Delivery days as per location-: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Cut off time to place an order is a day before 12:00 PM)
Canmore, Banff, Dead Man’s Flat – Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday
Lake Louise – Sunday

Free delivery to the above-mentioned locations with a minimum order of $250.00. We also offer a pick-up in Canmore with no minimum spend.

If the order is below $250.00, a delivery/service charge of $15 per order will be applied.

4. What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payment via

  • Electronic Fund Transfers (Direct Deposit to the bank account. Details will be provided)
  •  E-transfers (bowvalleywholesale@gmail.com)
  • Cheque (Payable to “Bow Valley Wholesale Inc.”)
  • Cash

A credit of 2 weeks will be offered for the payment to all our clients. Payment due date will be mentioned on the bill of sale which will be emailed once the order is placed online.

Please make a note that “If you wish to pay by a credit card, 2% will be charged on the total bill amount.

5. Where do we get our products from?
We purchase our products from several vendors based out of different parts of Canada.

6. Do we accept returns or exchanges?
Definitely, we do accept returns or exchanges depending upon intensity of the matter. Please refer the section of “Refund & Return Policy” on the website.

7. When does it show “No product found” error on the website?
It indicates that the product you are looking for is not available currently. You can make a special request in our “Special Order” section.
