Return / Exchange & Refund Policy

We’re here to assist, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase!

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE -: 

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for returns, product must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
• We request to return/exchange the product in its original packaging.
• The proof of purchase will be required. For instance, a copy of receipt or e-bill generated online.

 

REFUND -:

• Kindly be informed, there will be no refunds available if you fail to receive the order at the time of delivery.
• Once we receive product back from you, it will be inspected and status will be notified to you.
• Upon approval, either a credit will be given for your future purchase or we will initiate a refund.
